We are now actively seeking someone to fill the following role:
Assistant Shop Manager - Immediate Start.

Experience of working in a consultative customer focused environment is essential, offering exceptional customer service so every customer is made to feel special. You will have the ability to lead, manage and develop others to exceed customer expectations.
As an Assistant Shop Manager your duties will include organisation of shop rotas, collating figures, merchandising, stock control/replenishment, day to day management of staff and control of the shop floor.
You will have experience of effectively leading a team of people, maximising sales opportunities by embracing passion and enthusiasm for the products, dealing with merchandising standards and deliveries, working in a team and effective communication.
Our ideal candidate will have a great personality and be able to work hard and still have fun, while maintaining a happy working environment and team. You will be extremely passionate about your job and will have the ability to control a team of sales people while maintaining the upbeat and friendly atmosphere that exists in the shop today. On occasion there may be some lifting so you should also be physically fit. Good computer skills are a bonus though full training will be given.
