It is our policy to ensure our customers are 100% satisfied with their purchases from LiliMay Baby and that includes the price.

If you have found one of our products at a lower price online, let us know and we will try to match or beat it.

Just remember the item must be brand new, in stock ready for delivery at the advertised price and must be to the same specification and design, as Price Matches will only be honoured on identical items. The product must be the same make and model (i.e. the same size, colour, year etc.)

Price Matching voids any currently advertised LiliMay Baby promotions or special offers (i.e. Free gifts, twins discounts). If the competitor offers free shipping on the specific item's, LiliMay Baby will match the price and shipping, however if the lower price does not include free shipping, we reserve the right to match the total price.

To obtain a price match please forward the web site information to us (link to the product if possible) and we will reply as soon as we are able (we are now open 7 days a week). We will price match recognised eBay stores but not individual eBay sellers.
